MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (CBRL)

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (CBRL) has announced a Special Cash Dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, July 12, 2018. CBRL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CBRL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 11, 2018.
