MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Validus Holdings, Ltd. (VR)
Validus Holdings, Ltd. (VR) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Thursday, July 19, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 18, 2018.
Details about the Validus Holdings, Ltd. (VR) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
