MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Shutterstock, Inc. (SSTK)

Shutterstock, Inc. (SSTK) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. SSTK options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SSTK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 13, 2018.
