MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY)
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Thursday, November 8, 2018. On that date, the current CRESY option class will change to CRES1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CRES1 options. Therefore, no options on CRESY will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 8, 2018. Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, November 9, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CRESY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
