MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL)

magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Thursday, November 15, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CALL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

Details about the magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
