Updated - MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Apollo Investment Corporation (AINV)
Apollo Investment Corporation (AINV) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, December 3, 2018. On that date, the current AINV option class will change to AINV1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list AINV1 options. Therefore, no options on AINV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, December 3, 2018. Apollo Investment Corporation (AINV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AINV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 30, 2018.
