Updated - MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: BGC Partners, Inc. (BGCP)
BGC Partners, Inc. (BGCP) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, December 3, 2018. On that date, the current BGCP option class will change to BGCP1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list BGCP1 options. Therefore, no options on BGCP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, December 3, 2018. BGC Partners, Inc. (BGCP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BGCP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 30, 2018.
