MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: GrafTech International Ltd. (EAF) and Resolute Forest Products Inc. (RFP)
GrafTech International Ltd. (EAF) and Resolute Forest Products Inc. (RFP) have announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective today, Thursday, December 6, 2018. EAF and RFP options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EAF and RFP will be canceled before the open of business today, December 6, 2018.
