Updated - MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Ladder Capital Corporation (LADR)
Ladder Capital Corporation (LADR) has announced a dividend effective for Friday, December 7, 2018. On that date, the current LADR option class will change to LADR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list LADR1 options. Therefore, no options on LADR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 7, 2018. Ladder Capital Corporation (LADR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, December 10, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LADR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 6, 2018.
