MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Rollins, Inc. (ROL)
Rollins, Inc. (ROL) has announced a stock split effective for Tuesday, December 11, 2018. On that date, the current ROL option class will change to ROL1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list ROL1 options. Therefore, no options on ROL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Rollins, Inc. (ROL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ROL will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 10, 2018.
