MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SGYP)

Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SGYP) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Monday, December 17, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SGYP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 14, 2018.
