MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (EEP) and Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (EEQ)
Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (EEP) and Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (EEQ) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, December 21, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EEP and EEQ will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 20, 2018.
Details about the Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (EEP) and Enbridge Energy Management, L.L.C. (EEQ) mergers are provided in the attached OCC memo.
