MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (ABR)
Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (ABR) has announced a Special Dividend effective for Thursday, December 27, 2018. On that date, the current ABR option class will change to ABR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list ABR1 options. Therefore, no options on ABR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, December 27, 2018. Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (ABR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 28, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ABR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 26, 2018.
