MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET)
Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, December 28, 2018. On that date, the current IRET option class will change to IRET1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list IRET1 options. Therefore, no options on IRET will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 28, 2018. Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, December 31, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IRET will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 27, 2018.
