MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Select Income REIT (SIR)
Select Income REIT (SIR) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, December 28, 2018. On that date, the current SIR option class will change to SIR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SIR1 options. Therefore, no options on SIR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 28, 2018. Select Income REIT (SIR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, December 31, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SIR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 27, 2018.
