MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (NM)
Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (NM) has announced a reverse split effective for Thursday, January 3, 2019. On that date, the current NM option class will change to NM1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list NM1 options. Therefore, no options on NM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (NM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, January 4, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
