MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Apptio, Inc. (APTI) and the Imperva, Inc. (IMPV)
Apptio, Inc. (APTI) and the Imperva, Inc. (IMPV) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, January 11, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in APTI and IMPV will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 10, 2019.
Details about the Apptio, Inc. (APTI) and the Imperva, Inc. (IMPV) mergers are provided in the attached OCC memos.
