MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Scorpio Tankers Inc. (STNG)
Scorpio Tankers Inc. (STNG) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, January 18, 2019. On that date, the current STNG option class will change to STNG1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list STNG1 options. Therefore, no options on STNG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, January 18, 2019. Scorpio Tankers Inc. (STNG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in STNG will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 17, 2019.
