MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (TTNP)
Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (TTNP) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, January 25, 2019. On that date, the current TTNP option class will change to TTNP1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list TTNP1 options. Therefore, no options on TTNP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, January 25, 2019. Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (TTNP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, January 28, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TTNP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 24, 2019.
