MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, LP (DM)

Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, LP (DM) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

Details about the Dominion Energy Midstream Partners, LP (DM) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
