MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Centene Corporation (CNC)
Centene Corporation (CNC) has announced a 2 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, February 7, 2019. CNC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CNC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.
