MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Henry Schein, Inc. (HSIC)
Henry Schein, Inc. (HSIC) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, February 8, 2019. On that date, the current HSIC option class will change to HSIC1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list HSIC1 options. Therefore, no options on HSIC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, February 8, 2019. Henry Schein, Inc. (HSIC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, February 11, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HSIC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 7, 2019.
