MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Lazard Ltd (LAZ)
Lazard Ltd (LAZ) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, February 14, 2019. LAZ options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LAZ will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
