MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Nutrisystem, Inc. (NTRI)

Nutrisystem, Inc. (NTRI)  will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Monday, March 11, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NTRI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 8, 2019.

Details about the Nutrisystem, Inc. (NTRI) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
