J.Jill, Inc. (JILL) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, March 18, 2019. JILL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in JILL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 15, 2019.
