MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS)
The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, March 21, 2019. On that date, the current RBS option class will change to RBS1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list RBS1 options. Therefore, no options on RBS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, March 21, 2019. The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, March 22, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RBS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 20, 2019.
