MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: CorMedix Inc. (CRMD)

CorMedix Inc. (CRMD) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, March 26, 2019.  On that date, the current CRMD option class will change to CRMD1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CRMD1 options. Therefore, no options on CRMD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. CorMedix Inc. (CRMD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CRMD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 25, 2019.
