MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)
Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has announced a dividend effective for Monday, April 1, 2019. On that date, the current BBD option class will change to BBD2. The MIAX Exchanges will not list BBD2 options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on Monday, April 1, 2019. Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 29, 2019.
