MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IRWD)
Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IRWD) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, April 2, 2019. On that date, the current IRWD option class will change to IRWD1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list IRWD1 options. Therefore, no options on IRWD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IRWD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IRWD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 1, 2019.
