MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: DowDuPont Inc. (DWDP)

DowDuPont Inc. (DWDP) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, April 2, 2019.  On that date, the current DWDP option class will change to DWDP1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list DWDP1 options. Therefore, no options on DWDP will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. DowDuPont Inc. (DWDP) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DWDP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 1, 2019.
