MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Novartis AG (NVS)
Novartis AG (NVS) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, April 9, 2019. On that date, the current NVS option class will change to NVS1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list NVS1 options. Therefore, no options on NVS will be available for trading on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Novartis AG (NVS) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NVS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 8, 2019.
