MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: AirMedia Group Inc. (AMCN)

AirMedia Group Inc. (AMCN) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective for Thursday, April 11, 2019.  On that date, the current AMCN option class will change to AMCN1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list AMCN1 options. Therefore, no options on AMCN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, April 11, 2019. AirMedia Group Inc. (AMCN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, April 12, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMCN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
