MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Rite Aid Corporation (RAD)
Rite Aid Corporation (RAD) has announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split effective for Monday, April 22, 2019. On that date, the current RAD option class will change to RAD1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list RAD1 options. Therefore, no options on RAD will be available for trading on Monday, April 22, 2019. Rite Aid Corporation (RAD) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Tuesday, April 23, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RAD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 18, 2019.
