MIAX Options, PEARL, and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Axovant Gene Therapies Ltd. (AXGT)
Axovant Gene Therapies Ltd. (AXGT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, May 8, 2019. On that date, the current AXGT option class will change to AXGT1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list AXGT1 options. Therefore, no options on AXGT will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Axovant Gene Therapies Ltd. (AXGT) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AXGT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.
