Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, May 20, 2019. FACU options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FCAU will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 17, 2019.
