MIAX Options, PEARL and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM)
Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, May 21, 2019. On that date, the current NMM option class will change to NMM2. The MIAX Exchanges will not list NMM2 options. Therefore, no options on NMM will be available for trading on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NMM will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, May 20, 2019.
