MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: VF Corporation (VFC)

VF Corporation (VFC) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, May 23, 2019.  On that date, the current VFC option class will change to VFC1. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VFC1 options. Therefore, no options on VFC will be available for trading on Thursday, May 23, 2019. 

VF Corporation (VFC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 24, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VFC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 22, 2019.
