MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Changyou.com Limited (CYOU)
Changyou.com Limited (CYOU) has announced a special dividend effective for Monday, June 3, 2019. On that date, the current CYOU option class will change to CYOU1. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CYOU1 options. Therefore, no options on CYOU will be available for trading on Monday, June 3, 2019.
Changyou.com Limited (CYOU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CYOU will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 31, 2019.
