MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AirMedia Group Inc. (AMCN) name and symbol change to AirNet Technology Inc. (ANTE)
AirMedia Group Inc. (AMCN) will have a name and symbol change to AirNet Technology Inc. (ANTE) effective for Thursday, June 13, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMCN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 12, 2019.
NOTE: ANTE options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 1 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
