MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (HTZ)
Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (HTZ) has announced a Rights distribution effective for Friday, June 21, 2019. On that date, the current HTZ option class will change to HTZ1. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HTZ1 options. Therefore, no options on HTZ will be available for trading on Friday, June 21, 2019.
Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (HTZ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, June 24, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HTZ will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 20, 2019.
