MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fang Holdings Limited (SFUN)

Fang Holdings Limited (SFUN) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, July 8 2019.  On that date, the current SFUN option class will change to SFUN2. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SFUN2 options. Therefore, no options on SFUN will be available for trading on Monday, July 8, 2019. 

Fang Holdings Limited (SFUN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SFUN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 5, 2019.
