MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: LendingClub Corporation (LC)

LendingClub Corporation (LC) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, July 8 2019.  On that date, the current LC option class will change to LC1. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LC1 options. Therefore, no options on LC will be available for trading on Monday, July 8, 2019. 

LendingClub Corporation (LC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 5, 2019.
