MIAX Emerald Options Exchange - Notice of Network Updates and July 27, 2019 Testing
The MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will be making changes to the production extranet edge network switches in NY4 on the evening of Friday, July 26, 2019. These changes will require all firms with a 10Gig ULL connection to Emerald to perform an access test through the application layer on Saturday, July 27, 2019 between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM eastern.
The same changes will be performed in the Disaster Recovery / CH4 environment on the evening of Friday, October 18, 2019 for all exchanges in the MIAX Exchange Group Options Markets (MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald). Testing can be done beginning on Saturday, October 19th and the entire week leading up to the SIFMA Reg SCI / BCP testing on Saturday, October 26th.
The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Options Exchange production extranet edge switch changes in NY4 will be completed simultaneously at a future date. Scheduling of that change is TBD.
