MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Pluristem Therapeutics, Inc. (PSTI)
Pluristem Therapeutics, Inc. (PSTI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, July 25, 2019. On that date, the current PSTI option class will change to PSTI1. MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PSTI1 options. Therefore, no options on PSTI will be available for trading on Thursday, July 25, 2019.
Pluristem Therapeutics, Inc. (PSTI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, July 26, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PSTI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 24, 2019.
