MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS)
Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Thursday, August 15, 2019. On that date, the current RBS option class will change to RBS2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RBS2 options. Therefore, no options on RBS will be available for trading on Thursday, August 15, 2019.
Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, August 16, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RBS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.
