Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald for Symbol UBNT (UI) Effective Tuesday, August 20, 2019

The following symbol will transfer primary listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”) to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Tuesday, August 20, 2019.  

  • Ubiquiti Inc. (“UI”)
Ubiquiti Networks Inc. will change its name to Ubiquiti Inc. and will change symbols from UBNT to UI effective Tuesday, August 20, 2019.
