MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (UBNT) name and symbol change to Ubiquiti Inc. (UI)
Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (UBNT) will have a name and symbol change to Ubiquiti Inc. (UI) effective for Tuesday, August 20, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UBNT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August, 19, 2019.
NOTE: UBNT options will continue to trade on Cloud 18 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 9 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
