MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK)
Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Friday, September 6, 2019. On that date, the current MACK option class will change to MACK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MACK1 options. Therefore, no options on MACK will be available for trading on Friday, September 6, 2019.
Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MACK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, September 9, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MACK will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 5, 2019.
