Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX PEARL and MIAX Emerald for Newly Listed Option Classes Effective Wednesday, September 18, 2019
The MIAX Exchanges will list 93 new option classes beginning Wednesday, September 18, 2019, and shall use the exchange listed in the following Regulatory Circulars as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
