MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. (AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts Inc (BHR)
Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. (AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts Inc (BHR) have announced distributions effective for Monday, October 28, 2019. On that date, the current AHT option class will change to AHT1 and current BHR option class will change to BHR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AHT1 and BHR1 options. Therefore, no options on AHT and BHR will be available for trading on Monday, October 28, 2019.
Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. (AHT) and Braemar Hotels and Resorts Inc (BHR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AHT and BHR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 25, 2019.
